Slope 100 mts, flat 15% 5% rise, 79% decline. Including lunch. 17:00 PM arrival camp Cafe La Flor 750 meters snm. Dinner included.
7:30 Breakfast included in camp. 9:00 AM start of 7th day trek, 15 km Desnivel 700 meters, level 5%, 90% rise, 5% decline. Including lunch. 15:30 PM arrival camp "La Laguna", 1200 meters. SNM. Dinner included.
8:00 AM breakfast included in camp. 9:00 AM start 8th and last day of the trek, 10 km Desnivel 900 meters, level 2%, 1% rise, 97% decline. Including lunch. 14:00 PM arrival to "San Andres Copala", 300 meters. SNM. 14:30 and 15:00 PM group transfer in taxis to the hotel in Puerto Escondido. Including hotel.
